Privacy

Plain-English version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only for ClearMade early access, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect what you type into the form: for example your name, email, company, team size, industry, and the process you tell us about. We don't ask for anything else.

How we use it

  • Early-access waitlist: to record your interest in ClearMade. At launch, sign-ups are stored only. We send no confirmation emails, visitor acknowledgments, or internal email notifications.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Who helps us (processors)

  • Cloudflare: hosts this website, stores sign-ups (Cloudflare D1), and provides spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Microsoft 365: handles email you choose to send to our contact address. Waitlist submissions are not sent to Microsoft 365 at launch.

To limit spam and abuse, we keep abuse-prevention records made from a keyed, one-way code of your IP address (or its network block) and of your email address. We do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist database. Rate-limit codes are used for checks over the previous hour or day; they are separate from your sign-up details and can be removed without deleting your place on the list.

How long we keep it

Early-access sign-ups are kept until early access opens and for up to 12 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Leave the waitlist: no automated emails are sent at launch. To leave the list, email[email protected]with "unsubscribe" in the subject.

Want us to update or delete your information, or take you off the early-access list? Email us at [email protected]and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page.
